Where Is My Order?


If your order didn't arrive when you expected, you can use order tracking to help you find out where it is.

Your tracking code will be shown in your order dispatch email.

To see the status of your order, please follow the tracking code link to the courier's website in the email we sent you that confirmed your order.

If you are a NILOVERS account holder and you were logged in when you placed your order, the tracking code will also display in the Order History section of your account page. Log in to your account

If the parcel has not arrived 7 days after you had expected it to, please contact us and we will help to find a solution.
